Unique features

Thermalized chamber

Parylene deposition is a temperature sensitive process. Having a controlled and uniform temperature within the vacuum chamber significantly improve:

It also avoids gas phase polymerization and creation of particulate contamination within the chamber. Comelec’s standard vacuum chambers are built with a double wall technology for water circulation, allowing temperature regulation between 20°C and 80°C, and therefore precisely mastering the entire process.

Low contamination door – Patented technology

Parylene has the property to polymerize uniformly inside the vacuum chamber, with the consequence of sealing the chamber lid from the inside during each deposition. Comelec patented the Low contamination door technology to suppress this effect, resulting in:

Fully automated process

The fully automated process receipe-based PLC allows the equipment to be running during the whole process without intervention of operators.

The 3 configurable levels of users cover the needs from standard production to complete process control, development and optimization.
